Ohio State Murders got me thinking, who are some writers whose work has never made it to Broadway that in your opinion should get a premiere production? Charlayne Woodard, best known as an actress, has written six very good plays and I'd be interested in seeing any of them make it to Broadway.

Probably not the type you were thinking of but I am surprised there has never been a Broadway production of the very prolific and wonderful Howard Brenton. I guess most of them would be "too" British and too left wing but even his most "commercial" play PRAVDA never made it to Broadway. I saw a few productions in the UK and am a fan

Technically Branden Jacobs-Jenkins was on Broadway this year in The Skin of Our Teeth, for which he contributed new writing.
