question for hairspray fans

i aw the show on 1/11 and i realized that penny was wearing glasses. i know before 8/10/03 she didnt wear glasses.anyone know why and since when does she wear glasses

to make her look nerdier, i guess. it makes her transformation look more effective.

I asked Jenn about the glasses and she said they made her start wearing them because they felt with her features the transformation wasn't being shown enough. Jenn's thoughts where that Kerry must have went on with hardly any makeup at all rather then following the makeup guideline given to her like she did. Casueing them to see the difference.

Yeah the discussion about the glasses is in my interview with Jenn which im not done transcribing yet but will probably be another 8-pager.
