questions about sending letters with SASEs

I got 10X13 envelopes to send my letters in, and I wanted to include SASEs in them, however, I wasn't sure what size to get. I ended up getting like, a 9X11.5, cause I figured if they were sending an autographed picture, it wouldn't be more than an 8X10 (right?)

And how much postage should I stick on the SASE? I don't know how heavy it's gonna be with a picture, letter, and anything else slipped in there...

when I get autographed pictures from stars, they usually put two (sometimes 3) 37 cent stamps on the envelope.
