Amazing! It was my second time in three weeks, so you have to understand I love it. The only change I noted from previews to now is that when Erin Davie as Little Edie comes back for the little montage in the second act of her leaving the house, she puts the scarf on her head as it was at the end of the first act. When I saw it in previews she put the scarf around her neck. Only issue in act one was when Lee and Jackie got their flowers stuck in the doorway which they handled beautifully and was very cute. Everyone was in top shape.
The second act was incredible of course. The House We Live In got almost as much of an applause as revolutionary costumer, and Jerry Likes My Corn was gorgeous. After the show I got to meet up with the cast once again. I finally got to speak with Mary Louise Wilson. Only one other person was at the Stagedoor. They were all so friendly and Christine is just incredible. I don't know when I will be getting tickets for my third time, but it will definitely be sooner than later. Okay, enough idle prattling, what are you waiting for? Go See Grey Gardens!

...What happened next, was stranger still, a woman breathless and afraid, appeared out of the night, completely dressed in white. She had a secret she would tell, of one who had mistreated her. Her face and frightened gaze, my mind cannot erase...But then she ran from view. She looked so much like you...

Thats good to hear. Glad you liked it. What do you think the chances of this show still being open in March are? And do you think it will be on TKTS at that point? Thanks!

I saw Grey Gardens on Tuesday night (11/7) and I absolutely loved it. Like the movie, I have become obsessed. I think the first act is just as strong as the second act. It reminded me of other musicals set in stately manors ... Annie ... Mame ... Blood Brothers ... it's a period piece, if you will. All the performances were incredible. The opening scene alone is breathtaking. And Mary Louise Wilson is just as wonderful as the highly acclaimed Christine Ebersole. It's like having the real Big Edie and Little Edie on stage before your very eyes (and ears). I can't say enough good stuff about this show. I totally loved it and hope it stays around for a while.

It will def. be around in March! I am not sure about it being on TKTS but you can always go to the box office and get 36 dollar balcony tickets and you can see everything fine that high up.
