I can tell ACL and Company will get nods, not sure about 100 though. Les Miz should be deemed as a Special Theatrical Event.

I think it's clear that LES MIS will be shut out. There are only 4 slots, and only 5 "revivals."
Even if 110 diasppoints, it will still gain a nomination by default.
If THE WIZ does open, the 4th slot will be between ACL and THE WIZ.
