Her part will probably be recurring. The show's producer has said it will be and she was the only one who had her character name listed during the opening credits. And the regular characters acted like they knew her, etc.
My point: maybe they were just introducing her character.
Loved that she was playing a somewhat slimy, manipulative lawyer.

Bernie as a tough gal lawyer, huh?... THANK GOD Mariska is back. I missed the chemistry she and Elli/Chris have. By the end of the season, they'll be "together"
