Studio 54 usually has general rush and student rush, both in the mezz. The only difference is that for one (I can't remember which) you have to buy your tickets two hours in advance, and for the other you can buy them any time after the box office opens. Go to the theatre and check.

Yeah, I mean if it's about to leave and you need to catch it, you do have to be fast.

Sorry, bronxbound, couldn't resist the transportation joke....

"Do you know ChrisLovesShows?" "Yes. Why, yes he does!"

I rushed Pacific Overtures... we got like fourth row mezz for $26.25. I can't remember if that was student rush or general rush, but whichever one it's not is any seat they have left for half price.

General rush is available day of the show when the box office opens. I got 4th row of the mezz the other day so I think it just depends on what's available.

If you are 18-35 go sign up at www.hiptix.com for free. It's a special discount site for Roundabout shows (you can buy tickets to Streetcar in advance for $31.25). If you pay a one time $45 fee you can have a guaranteed orchestra seat.
