school play shrek, HELP

this year for my school play they are doing Shrek. I would love to get the part of donkey, even though I am a girl. I need to find a song for the auditions that can show both my singing and acting abilities. here are some of the requirements 1. must be 16 measures long 2. must be school appropriate 3. ahs to be within your voice range(I am a soprano 1/2) 4. must come from a theater show( no songs on the radio) thanks so much for anyone's help, I appreciate it.

Sing Under the Sea from the little Mermaid. Or sing one of Mushu's songs from Mulan.

I did a production of Shrek where donkey was a girl (actually two different girls, one had to drop). It definitely works -- break a leg!

The first song I thought of was "Big, Blonde, and Beautiful" from Hairspray. Something from Memphis like "Someday" might also be good. Paulette's section in "Bend and Snap" from Legally Blonde wouldn't be too bad. Drop the accent but "Mama Will Provide" from Once On This Island might work. If you're brave, you could try something from Little Shop of Horrors.
