i have a chance to see it...don't really care much for jukebox musicals but some people tell me its 'different'
you guys (naturally) would be experts on the topic
a must-see or a pass?
It's fine. It's not great. But if the cast is talented and energized, it's a nice way to pass a couple of hours.
And it's even a musical, really, so I don't think it counts as a jukebox musical.
How much are tickets for the production you're referring to?
70-80 for good seats
Then NO.
haha thanks LC :)

Smokey Joes Cafe was the first B-way show I saw with my High School Choir. I thought it was OK. Some of the actors were great, but overall it was a forgetable musica. **1/2 out of ****.
