my special needs (seriously, medical issues here) nephew lost his firefly (childproof telephone) today, possibly during a matinee of mamma mia. he is supposed to fly home to oregon tomorrow as an unaccompanied minor, and not having his firefly with him is going to be a big issue.
i called the "box office" (read: telecharge), and they told me all i could do was file a lost property report and wait a week to hear back. or, i could go to the box office tonight (which unfortunately is not an option).
anyone know of another way to contact the house manager? no one's dying, but this is not good.

If you can, go to the Theatre tonight between 7:30 and 8:00 and ask to see the House Manager, they are there at that time to cope with problems, a friendly ticket taker might help you also.

Yeah, unfortunately the phone numbers for the theaters are not published, so your only options are to write a letter or go in person.
