I just want to extend a big thank You to Columbia pictures...I just received my Rent movie poster in the mail yesterday...direct from Columbia....once again...thanks for the poster and Thank You for making the movie version of Rent

well...the other day...outta the blue...I got a movie poster in the mail direct from columbia pictures...maybe because I had a video entry in the Rent Biggest fan contest

what totally sucks is that some of them had only seen rent once or twice, they should have people photo copy all tickets and only those with over twenty different dates could qualify!

I've said it once, and I'll say it again -- that perception is kind of silly. I haven't seen it twenty times. Someone take away one quarter of my fan card!

I've only seen it once (and it was a tour!) but I still love the show and am anxiously awaiting the film - does this mean I can't be considered a fan? Heck, I haven't even seen The Producers 20 times!

I've only seen it once, too (on tour), AND I've only been a fan for a year! A year this week, actually. Does that mean I'm not as special as other fans?

Well, I will say to be the BIGGEST fan you have to have seen teh show a signifigant number of times. However, to enter the contest? Anyone COULD have entered. That's what didnt make sense to me.

anne- seeing the show how many times wouldnt necessarily be a fair way to judge...for some people its not the easiest thing to get into the city multiple times, or even to buy tickets to it every time it comes on tour... and what if someone saw it for the first time last week? i guess there is no fair way to judge the "biggest" fan at all.... but if it was possible... itd just be whole absolutely loved it the most

Well, I am not saying that the person who saw the show the most times is automatically the biggest fan. I don't think that someone who saw the show for the first time last week can possibly be the biggest fan. I don't think there is one easy way to measure who is the biggest fan. I just think to be the BIGGEST fan the show needs to have been in your life for an amount of time and that you need to have seen in a decent amount.
