i know we've had convos about which ones we prefer, but im curious what difference it makes to the show? why choose one and not the other to sell your tix, is this just contractual obligations or what...

The shows generally don't get to choose. It all depends on which theatre they go into. Shubert and Jujamcyn theatres = Telecharge, Nederlander theatres = Ticketmaster.

I always wondered that as well. I never realized that the different companies used different services.

didnt notice that either. guess they have 'deals' worked out.
