the tonys should have three awards may ,june,july and augst  then sept, oct,nov and dec and then jan,feb, march and april. so all the shows can get noms

The point of a competition is that all the shows do not get nominated and there is only one (or, in rare cases, two) winner. If everyone got nominated, it wouldn't be as special or as much of an achievement.
