2. What is the last performance for John Lloyd Young in Jersey Boys?

Can't answer you're first question but I help you out on the second. On his website, JLY says his last performance in is right before Thanksgiving. No exact date was given but I've heard that Nov. 21 is currently scheduled as his last.
