I went to see BATB on 3/27 Eve to see Anneliese van der Pol as Belle, but she was out. Does anyone know if she is out a lot and when she will be back in the show?

Yes, in actuality, I do recall hearing that she has a week of vacation or movie shooting or something this week.

yes, she was out at the matinee yesterday but her u/s Jenn Shrader was AMAZING!

Yes - Jenn Schrader was very good. Her belt was the best part of her voice, in my opinion. Hoping to see Anneliese closing night!

Unless she was legitimately really sick...they'd probably try to ruin her career if she skipped the closing performance. In fact, I'd expect that her contract specifically cites that she has to do it.

I saw Jenn Shrader last summer! She was soo fantastic. She's also played Belle on the nat'l tour - I wonder why they've never given her the lead on Broadway?

From what I've heard, regarding closing night tickets, they are giving tickets to people involved with the show first and then selling tix to the public.

I imagine tickets will go on sale for the closing performance once all members involved in the production are contacted and invited to attend. Not positive on an exact date.

Thanks! I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to be at the last performance =D I wouldn't mind paying$115 a ticket just to be there.

I thought that no tickets to BEAUTY's last were on sale to the public, and they were strictly keeping it private.

When I went to buy Little Mermaid tickets, the guy in front of me asked for tickets to BatB's last performance. The box office guy said that they don't sell tickets for the last performance.

Originally they were planning on selling tix to the final performance only to people involved with the production, but now they are going to offer some tix to the public. The date of when the public tix will go on sale I am unsure.
