view from the St. James Theatre balcony

Just booked my trip to see American Idiot in previews on April 17 2010.

The tickets are Right Balcony Row B seats 2-10 for the 8pm performace.

How is the view from the balcony at the St. James Theatre? I figured that this would be better than the last row of the mezz or the back of the balcony.

i had row A balc for finian's.. foot of stage was cut off unless u leaned forward, thank god i had no one sitting behind me.. my girlfriend and i sat in row b during intermission to see if the height made a difference, it didn't.

It's high. But not as bad as the balcony in the Palace. The seats are tight. So if you have long legs or a big ass then definitely have a cocktail before the show.
