whats closing and whats opening in the nearby future?

I know that Bombay Dreams, Assassins and Fiddler are coming up....but what else has anyone heard about ones that are coming to Broadway soon?
Also, which ones are leaving?

Nine just closed, and Urinetown is closing on January 18th...but it's not like any new shows can go into that theater since the entire theater is being torn down

Cabaret is closing on the 4th. There was also a link somewhere on the new Disney musicals that should be popping up sometime soon.
