dessa rose considered off bway and piazza bway when they both play at lincoln center?

The criteria for Broadway vs. off-Broadway has to do with the size of the theatre. Dessa Rose is in a MUCH smaller house.

The Vivian Beaumont, where Piazza is playing, is larger than the Mitzi E. Newhouse, where Rose is playing. Piazza has over 500 seats, meeting the requirement for Broadway theaters.
