My daughter and I are taking my sister and 11 year old niece to see Wicked at this Sunday's matinee. It's our 3rd time but their first and I thought that I should be prepared in case my niece wants to try for autographs. Is it even possible crowd-wise and, if so, exactly where is the stage door? Thanks for any advice.
It's definitely possible. Try to get to the stage door as early as you can - meaning RUN when the show is over, because there's usually quite a crowd. You'll see barricades set up, so you'll know where to go. But the cast is usually pretty cool about signing/taking pictures, etc. I met Cheno and Idina - both very nice.

try to get there as early as possible. idina is usually out in about 20 mintues. last time i was there it took kristin an hour. sometimes she dosen't even come out the stage door at all. but if it's a nice day she should. good luck.
