this was the headline of an article by associated press in the San Jose Mercury News 7/29/2007. The subtitle says "Broadway in no rush for agreement" the article states that the stagehands' contact expired yesterday and there are meetings scheduled to resolve the issues that separarte the two sides. but it goes on to talk about the possibility of a strike in the fall.
I have tickets for RENT in September, this is our first time in NYC and it costs a small fortune to travel there. does anyone have any insight on this???

Posted: 7/30/07 at 7:51pmThere are many meetings scheduled for the next few weeks and months. I strongly doubt there will be a strike, considering the damage that the musician's strike did to the industry.

No **** roxy, but that wasnt the question.
Unlike Roxy, if i had the answer i'd help you out, sadly i don't.
Usually these things work themselves out. You probably shouldn't worry too much robin. I can't make any promises, but that'd be my advice.
