In search of an EXCELLENT female uptempo. Mezz/alto belt. nothing too recent; nothing still on broadway. nothing (too) over done.
i would appreciate anything you could throw out.

"Life of the PArty" - Lippa's Wild Party
"Someone Like you"- J&H
"I can do better than that" - The Last Five Years
someone like you is not an uptempo and you shouldnt sing that at an audition..or any Frank W songs for that matter.
"Life of the Party" is more of a high belt piece, not mezzo/alto. It is definitely belt though, depends what tone you're looking for.
Also, contemporary or standard? "I Get A Kick Out of You" from Anything Goes is more of a standard belt off the top of my head.

I posted this one on another that thread, It's upbeat, not too recent (1999 off-broadway), not still on broadway.
I'm Not, from Little by Little
I'm not sure how "overdone" it is. I just played it this summer for a preshow event at a theatre, and it's just the cuttest number ever, nice belt at the end.
