They listed Laura Marie Duncan as being the full time Nellie.

Hi everyone,
I went to south pacific (twice) last week and both times Laura Osnes was not listed as Nellie in the Playbill.
Has she left?
Her understudy was superb but I was looking forward to her performance!
I would really like to see her...anyone know when she will be back?

I am planning to see both south pacific and promises promises next week and was wondering if anybody knew if any of the principle cast are on vacation at any time next week?

Alli Mauzey....beautiful soaring soprano and incredibly powerful belt! She has truly mastered her instrument :)
Plus of course Kristin Chenoweth!

Gosh...! I live in London and i was looking forward to seeing this. Not happy with the casting but i had hopes they would pull it out the bag...obviously not. I think i will wait a couple of weeks (or days) untill both their voices give out and will see the understudies! What a mess...and to be honest and insult to a paying audience!
