Although the lottery is definitely fun, the rules are made for a reason. There is a legal requirement for us to only award tickets to adults over the age of 18 - otherwise, we could get in trouble! 

Please keep the lottery secure and fair for everyone and only enter if you are over the age of 18.

Hi ohjar - The $75 lottery tickets should not and cannot be resold. Winning lottery tickets must be picked up by the winner with a valid photo ID matching the name on their entry. Winners are then directed into the theatre after claiming tickets at the box office. This means that if you are not able to attend, no one else can use your tickets.

Please contact us at help@luckyseat.com if you cannot attend and we would be happy to cancel that order for you.

 

Hey Kimbo - thanks for your question. This is certainly something we have encountered before. Our system will only discard the duplicate entries as long as they are under a certain threshold.

That being said, if there are more than 15 entries under the same e-mail address, it can result in the entrant being removed from the lottery.

Hey Mean Girls fans! Due to the lottery just being announced moments ago, we are experiencing a high volume of page visits and entry attempts. This is causing some background technology issues. We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible.

The good news: You have until 11:59PM EST on August 7th, 2018 to submit your entry.

 

 

You're right, we are having some trouble! One of our website hosts, Heroku, is giving us some errors, but we're working on getting it back up ASAP!

Hey there - you totally caught us! We had a typo in today's non-winner e-mails. We caught the bug in our system and it's been rectified for future notification e-mails.

Hi everyone! Thanks all for being so patient. All winners who purchased prior to the Ticketmaster malfunction are all set. All winners have been notified on how to claim their tickets tomorrow.
