Well, I just moved from NYC to Boston to do grad school, and I'm looking to meet people here. So if anyone is for making new theatre-y friends, message me! I've not ventured out nearly enough here. In November, I saw Big River's tour (which I adored in NYC too, and I so wish I could have been involved somehow). I also saw Devanaughn Theatre's production of Bella Donna. Since I'm at ART working towards a degree in dramaturgy, I don't get out enough. I've seen plenty of cool stuf

Yes, he did a lovely job. The only big thing I missed from Daniel Jenkins' performance was his more "mature" voice, which really made Huck/Ty stand out from the other boys. I was impressed by Mr. M!

Deaf West's Big River is one of my favorite productions ever. I'm not sure that it is the material itself -- it is more the presentation of it. I saw it three or four times in NYC and attended several understudy rehearsals, and then saw the tour twice in Boston. The beauty of the show just baffles me. I wish that I had gotten to work on the show. It was my dream "way back when" it was going into rehearsals in NYC. Sigh. Perhaps someday in the future. I'm trying to find someone here to t
