Dreamgirls roadshow--intermission or no? Dec 16

This question goes out to everyone has seen the roadshow... When the Dreamgirls roadshow was announced, there was some conflicting info on the 'net about whether or not there would be an intermission. So, what's the final answer? Is there an intermission or no?

Looking at the song list on the website, it seems as if they are cutting "And the Money Kept Rolling In"...is that accurate??

Actually, IMHO, the cast was not the problem. Many of the movie cast actually performed in the Broadway company and were seasoned Broadway performers. The problem was everything else (the choreography, the screenplay and the direction). Echoing the other sentiments: there was no need to open up the story with the flashbacks, no need to change the focus of "What I Did for Love" to Cassie, no need to replace the original choreography, no need to write new (and, IMHO, terrible) songs to replace "

Howdy...first post here... I heard Seth Rudetsky the other night on Sirius radio mention that they had problems with the audio feed at the actual concert and had to use an earlier rehersal recording on the CD for "And I am Telling You." As Mr. Rudetsky told it, all the "oohs and ahhs" she uses on the CD were part of Lillias' vocal warm-ups. Apparently, Seth had quite a hissy fit when he found out that they were using the "vocal warm-up version" on the CD. Why they didn't just have her
