I am heading to Ogunquit today. i go there 3 times 

a year just to see the shows. They never disappoint!

they have new york talent. The next two shows i am seeing there are an updated version of High Society

and a new one - when Elvis Met the Beatles. If you go, you will be hooked!!!  and btw its a beautiful area with a wonderful walk around the Marginal Way. and if course lobster!!!!

I saw real women have curves on Sunday night and it is very worthwhile. It's absolutely adorable – a real surprise.

i've been on Playbill cruises and on the Broadway cruise. They're both wonderful. The Broadway cruise is much less expensive and has many more talent. And all day long there are shows going on whereas the Playbill cruise pretty much has one evening performance. Also, the Playbill cruise goes to more exotic ports. The Broadway cruise this year actually tomorrow is only going to Cozumel. But that doesn't bother me at all because I'm really there for the Broadway talent.

I have tickets to see this. I always love what they do at the Ogunquit Playhouse. This is quite a cast for them. Very excited.   

I saw them both. I was so looking forward to SLIH and was soooo disappointed. I loved NYNY. I dont understand all the sudden hate. It was feel good theatre with amazing choreography. And its interesting that they were both queens in 6. I thought the actress in SLIH was miscast and the one in NY was excellent. I did also love Shucked - a real pleasant surprise!!!!

me too!  NYNY was a fantastic feel good musical. I had seen slih on my last trip here and was soooo disappointed. I did also love Shucked and Doll House too. 

I have tickets in 2 weeks. I was supposed to see Room and picked this when Room canceled. Hope its a good one!

they always use very high end cruiselines. this time is Seaborne. Last  year was Silverseas. I would say typically an 8 day cruise is about $6500 per person. This does not include excursions. It includes everything else - talent, food, wine. You can compare yourself. 😀

its worth it!  I have been to 3 of them and I am planning on going to Alaska. The talent is great. They are very friendly. Their concerts are by and large wonderful. They always book wonderful ships. Its a great way to vacation and the other participants are all lovers if broadway so there is great camaraderie. 

canceled matinee today too. Was excited to see a Thursday matinee. oh well...

absolutely see Kimberly Akimbo. I saw it off Broadway and knew it would be going to Broadway. It was really excellent.

I really enjoyed it. I found the ART version to be a fresh take. The talent was all wonderful. I highly recommend!  

I just felt like it had an amateurish feeling to it and that it went on too long. Btw, I loved it years ago when I saw the original cast. 

I saw it last night. I have seen 7 shows on this trip and this was one of the disappointing ones for me. I do not recommend it unless you are looking for a show to see on a Sunday evening. Btw, I highly recommend Kimberly Akimbo, morning Sun, Trevor and Mrs Doubtfire.
