Victoria Clark is the most genuine person I've met...so sweet and so kind. *Just about everyone* I've gotten the chance to chat with has been wonderful.

Adam Guettel is great. Andrew Lippa is a hoot! So funny...

i too hated this show. i thought the book was horrendous...so disappointed in christpher hampton. and the prodcution itself took the easy way out everywhere and was such a spectacle for no reason. kelli was fantastic and i love melissa (i'm all about the yalies)...but i laughed out loud many times when it wasn't supposed to be funny.

It played at the New York Theatre Workshop back in 1999, starring Patrick Wilson...and Sh-K-Boom just released a recording of it with Wilson, Jesse Martin, Sherie Renee Scott, Eden Espinsosa, Kelly O'Hara, and others. I'm a fan of the album, though I never saw the show...

Caroline, or Change was originally written as an opera libretto for San Francisco Opera, but when Kushner's original composer backed out he went to George C. Wolfe with it. Though parts of it are very loosely based on Kushner's life, it is completely original and quite brilliant in my opinion...one of the finest pieces in the past ten years.

I haven't posted much on here, though I always vow I'm going to. Well, here I go! Let's talk about Adam Guettel's canon. Now everyone is familiar with him because of the well-deserved success of The Light in the Piazza, and I couldn
