I wanted to a 3 show day on June 22: Titanic, Titanique and Home.

What is the hottest off-broadway show right now?

I don't know what's the 'hottest,' but Here There Are Blueberries is the one that I can't stop recommending. Closes June 30.

No I thought the same exact thing and don’t remember it at The Public either. But I could be forgetting too.

WGA strike impact on the 2023 Tonys

I don’t know if part of the ‘deal’ is live performances, which doesn’t feel necessary to me but might seem necessary for a network audience. To the extent there is a pre-written script, what happens if any changes are made - even the most minor of tweaks? Wouldn’t that be tricky for Ariana DeBose or anyone else presenting anything? HogansHero, you raised the issue of whether that would make DeBose a writer. What will the atmosphere be like, and will the agreement hold?

I don’t know the answers to any of these questions. It seems like this whole thing is going to be tough to pull off in semi-entertaining form - but perhaps that is the WGA’s point.

SAG-AFTRA covers this on its website:

Can I take WGA writing work while the WGA is on strike?
No. SAG-AFTRA members should not perform the duties covered by WGA contracts. Simply stated, you should not write anything normally written by striking WGA writers.

AFI Life Achievement Award Tribute to Nicole Kidman Postponed

Due to the division in our community at this time, AFI has decided to postpone this year’s event with the goal to offer a celebratory environment worthy of our recipient. A new date will be announced soon.

This was supposed to happen on June 10, which feels like quite the early cancellation.

Park in the Theatre District

Dollypop said: "During the administration of Mayor John Lindsay, there was a move to have "vest pocket" parks throughout NYC. These were tiny little parks where workers could bring their lunches to or just relax. Some of them were quite charming with fountains and small waterfalls. All of them had drinking fountains. I recall one in the theater district had a walk-through waterfall. (Sortta like a short tunnel).I guess they all disappeared."

McGraw-Hill Waterfall? It as far as I know still exists.

Oh, I can weigh in on this! Like PipingHotPiccolo said, everyone's asthma is different, so I can only speak to mine:

I have a daily inhaler, and a rescue inhaler. So knowing what my asthma triggers are, those are the times when I have my rescue inhaler on me. It's not like being allergic to bee stings, I'm not going to suddenly find my

I'M REVOLTING at Atlantic Theater Company

Folks who saw the first preview of I’M REVOLTING: was Portia in the cast?

The role of Denise is now played by Patrice Johnson Chevannes - new title page insert in the Playbill and all - who was still on book during today’s matinee, so I’m curious when this switch happened.

According to the Young Vic’s official website, the performances on 23rd – 25th are set to be filmed for broadcast. No more details have been revealed.

Isn't this just the Young Vic's "best seat in your house" digital broadcast? Which they do for every production? It's the last four performances of Oklahoma!, which would follow the way they streamed the last four performances of Hamlet, will be streaming the last four Best of Enemies, etc.
