Gotcha. I live outside of NYC so should I call the Box Office Directly or can I use the official ticket company on the show website?

Thanks. That's kind of what I thought. The show sounds very fun and if Alex is there great, if not, I'm sure it will be fine. 

Now I just have to find a seat at the Nederlander with leg room. lol. 

I have an upcoming trip to NYC in July and am thinking about getting tickets to the July 21st performance of Shucked. 

Does anyone know if the theater has posted any scheduled days off for Alex Newell that weekend? 

I'd love to see to the see the show with Alex, but I know performers sometimes have scheduled breaks. 

I'll check the Shucked Website, but thought someone here might have some info.

I thought Kristin might mention that she played Ado Annie in College. She gave KMK a standing O. 

Loved it. The Sondheim impression was great. And Stritch....lol. I hope they do the Follies Concert Documentary. Imagine what they would do for the moment when Stritch changes her shoes while Barbara Cook sings.

I agree Kate is pretty spectacular and would sound wonderful singing the role.

Did anyone else think of Kate Baldwin while listening to Rosalie Craig? I think she would be awesome!

I've always thought it would be amazing if a producer or theatre company would do a series of round table discussions of some of the living legends of Musical Theatre. Possibly contemporaries to discuss their experiences. 

If you could invite 3 living legends who would you invite?

I would love to see Bette Midler, Liza Minnelli, and Barbra Streisand sit down together and discuss their careers and experiences. Probably will never happen but fun to dream.

I love The Drowsy Chaperone idea.  Jim Parsons (Big Bang Theory) would be a fun Man in the Chair with Megan Mullally as the Chaperone.
