oK, I want everyone who's complained about "Whipped Into Shape" to go outside with a jump rope and spend about 5 minutes doing the variation on the kickline they did. Then come back and tell us that this number wasn't innovative.

I have a hunch Legally Blonde might take it. A letter backstage from Neil Simon read, "The writing, the dancing, all performances and staging were the very best, and with the Tony Awards coming up soon, you certainly have my vote." Other than that, it definitely appeals to the masses.
Does anyone else find it ironic that it might be the girl in pink that eventually dethrones the green girl from her #1 spot atop broadway's grosses?

Hi everyone! I need a bit of help with something if anyone has some suggestions. I have a few regional theater auditions coming up and am really at a loss as to which monologue to choose. This will be my first professional theater audition, so I'm a bit nervous, and being as I live in a town where culture is something that people go to other cities for, my selection is a bit limited. Yes, your typical rush policies apply. The lines haven't been crazy but they seem to start really forming around 3 and a half hours before the show. There are two shows today: one at 1pm and the other at 6:30pm. Pretty good cast. Definitely recommend it
