I was able to make this exact show combo when it was at city center, it’s definitely possible and I got to Titanique with about 20 minutes to spare.

Sadly I’m not local to the area, so the show is my one shot :/

Bumping my own message from earlier. I’m going to the matinee this Saturday and meeting Laurie would be a dream (I’m more than happy just seeing the show, getting to meet her would be the cherry on top), anyone know if she signs playbills and/or where the stage door would even

Does anyone know if there’s a stage door for this show at the Steppenwolf? I’m going next weekend and would love to meet Laurie if she signs afterword.

Jason Robert Brown, Taylor Mac, Rob Ashford collaborating on MIDNIGHT IN THE GARDEN OF GOOD AND EVIL musical adaptation

Does anyone know if the Goodman has a stage door or reception area if actors choose to stop and sign/say hello? My friend I’m going with is a huge Sierra fan and really wanted to meet her if possible.

This past weekend of understudies

To my knowledge Lindsay has never had attendance issues before this show, and she’s friggin pregnant for God’s sake! None of us have ANY ground to walk on when it comes to this issue. For all we know she could have other health issues that we don’t know about or were exasperated by her pregnancy, there could be many factors at play that are NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS. You are not OWED anything. If you don’t want to see the show without her, you can leave and get your money

Mother Play matinee cancelled today due to illness

I just spoke with 2ST customer service about a possible exchange, and they ensured me Jessica is feeling a lot better and should be on all shows this weekend. You never know until you get there and she’s onstage, but that’s slightly reassuring.

Did anyone happen to get an audio slime tutorial (wink wink) of Natalie’s debut? Asking for a friend who may or may not be me… DM me :)

Hilty & Simard to lead DEATH BECOMES HER in Chicago spring 2024

I saw this on Sunday and had an absolute blast. I think the book is hilarious and the score/lyrics are a lot better than most give it credit for, the lyrics especially are extremely witty and clever. The whole show nails the tone of the film while expanding on it, something a good adaptation does. I loved all the performances, but this is Megan’s show. We’ve been without her onstage for far too long, it’s easy to forget just how funny she is. Jennifer is matching her be

Does anyone have any tea on what’s going on? With all three leads on tonight, do we think Jessica is maybe under the weather and isn’t doing matinees? I have a ticket to the matinee on Saturday I could change, I just need notice.

Mother Play Partial View Orch Seats
 May 2 2024, 02:20:54 PM

Has anyone sat in the partial view orch seats at the Hayes for Mother Play? Ideally I would’ve gotten a 30under30 seat, but the date I need (June 1st Matinee) has sold out of them.

If anyone happens to have an extra 30under30 for that day they won’t use, I’d definitely be interested, but right now it looks like those Partials in the orch are my best bet for a somewhat reasonable ticket.

I’ve been betting on this show to be the standout of the season since they released the EP of “Woman Is”, “Perfection”, and “Stay”. So happy my gut instincts are still strong. I can’t wait to see this.

Michael R. Jackson & Anna K. Jacobs' TEETH Musical at Playwrights Horizons (Winter 2024)

I’ll never understand people complaining about the runtime of a one act. Most movies are 2+ hours and don’t have an intermission, but people never complain about that!

Just grabbed tix for about a week before it closes in Chicago. Hottix released a discount, I was able to snag an orchestra seat for $60 including fees. Code is HOTTIX if anyone is looking for a bargain.
