yeah, there was an alma mater song that the cast sings at the beginning, hopelessly devoted was added for sandy, the original song for danny was "all alone at the drive-in" instead of "sandy", and "all choked up" instead of "you're the one that i want"

they sure did...i kinda missed it though...but now the easiest job on broadway goes to the character of ms. lynch...very little stage time, but still a good paycheck :) for me, the best number in the show was "greased lightning"...the guys were great, and it was appropriately choreographed...the standout cast members were marty, frenchy,roger, and sonny, and also steve buntrock as teen angel..i like jenny powers, but i think any actress that plays rizzo,has a tendency to toughen it up too much..

choreo. and staging are a bit uninspired ...the big number at the end(you're the one that i want) has too much movement for danny and sandy while they're trying to sing. plus, there seems to be very little chemistry between the two. but that could be, because they were running around, jumping off counters, and spinning on stools, while trying to hit their marks and look like they're "into each other". i was exhausted for them after the number

i have say,right now the performances aren't really the problem...it's more about the staging and choreography, and how to make the numbers a little more exciting(which is why they have previews)...i think once max and laura become more comfortable, their performances will rise up to the level of some of the other more experienced cast members

can't wait to see the easter bonnet skit! i loved the one that b&b did last yeat, that poked fun at their own boss :) easter bonnet and gypsy of the year are usually the best shows of the year !
