I saw it tonight, and here's my take, should anyone be interested.

Act I and Act II were two different shows - some of the slower material that desperately needs to be cut.

"Daddy's Shoes" stands out as something unnecessary and slow.

Brooke Shields - I felt her acting was sincere. But it sounded like she has a three note range, and even if those few notes sound fine, she really doesn't have the vocal intensity for this kind of show.

As for Raul...look

Anyone seeing at NYMF and can catch up this west coaster on the gossip and changes? Thanks!

That was one incredible night. Just in terms of sheer "what it takes" to put that on, and the commitment. Just amazing.

I genuinely enjoyed it, I must say. Also, it was refreshing to hear the score. Sure, there were a ton of problems, but sometimes its good to let the criticism cap off and just let yourself get swept away.

Ellen Greene annoyed the crap out of me. Scott Bakula did well, and while I love me some Stokes, I felt like he was missing something.

But here's what shocked me. Jessica Biel didn't suck. Now, she's not gonna win any awards for sure, but she could carry a tune (carry, sometim

Wow, I like the new website.

I always go to BroadwayBox, as it compiles most of the other mentioned websites together.

Unless nytix has "special" discounts that none of the other sites mention, I don't see the need to pay for it or anything. Also, they don't have special discounts.

I was frozen, absolutely. I actually bought a scarf today and it was worth its price during the show!

Yes, it's definitely slow at places, I almost fell asleep at times. But Frank Langella is good.
