Brennin Hunt joins Pretty Woman
 May 23 2019, 06:08:20 AM
For the record, both Edward understudies are around Brennin's age. So I really wouldn't focus too much on the age situation. Clearly this production isn't requiring a big age gap between the two.

I realize now that I put this in the other Waitress thread, but THM3 gets you tickets for$49 (mezz row K-M), $69 (mid-mezz)and$89 (side orchestra and front mezz)

Is this supposed to work for all dates? Because I've tried

"I think there is misconception that the stage is incredibly high. I rushed and sat in row A a few weeks ago and a cushion isn't necessary at all unless you have burning desire to see people's toes at the back of the stage. I'm not tall whatsoever (5'4" - I got the cushion because of all of the warnings and found it pretty unnecessary.

If you're 5'9" or 6'2" it's definitely NOT needed and you're just going to cause an ripple effect for the people sitting behind you.

I'm 5'4 also and I literally can't see anything happening that isn't all the way downstage without a cushion. And all of my friends are the same. So it really depends on the person I guess.

Can I still see a broadway show I won the lottery to if I am under 18?

If it was your dad's card and he's going to be there, you're fine. Nine times out of ten they just ask for your name, not the card, anyway. You'll be fine.

American Son Rush

I plan on rushing this weekend so I'm bumping for any recent updates

Pretty Woman Rush
 Oct 25 2018, 09:57:05 AM

I rushed last Friday, there wasn't a single person in line until about 8:30. I got in line about 9:20 and was 7th. My seats were the second and third to last in the front row of the center section.

Broadway Rush For People that dont live in the city
 Oct 7 2018, 11:14:40 PM
I rushed all the time when I lived in CT, which was over two hours away between driving and train. It's all about how early you want to get up to get there for rush. If you get there early enough it's definitely doable.
Pretty Woman Standing Room
 Sep 29 2018, 10:36:49 AM

People typically get them an hour or two before the show. Which probably means it's only if the show sells out? I don't know if that's true though.

Also sro isn't even advertised for this show, but I know of people who have gotten them so I know they have them.

Jordan Fisher returning to Broadway in ONCE ON THIS ISLAND?
 Sep 29 2018, 10:10:59 AM

Not that I think he'd save the show from closing but a lot of you are forgetting that he's a popstar with a huge following of young girls. He was a name long before Hamilton/DWTS. So I think he'd definitely bring in some people, but yeah no not big enough to save the show.

Nick Jonas Wrote A Play
 Sep 16 2018, 10:08:03 PM

I've been a fan of his for many years. He's an incredibly talented writer (Jonas Brothers Disney-pop lyrics notwithstanding). I'm actually pretty excited to see what he's done.

I'd love to hear more about her performance! I was hoping to see her debut but it was such short notice. Not sure if you have seen the show with Sam but I'd love to know how her performance compares.

This has been happening at a lot of performances of this show recently. They have been moving everyone down to dress circle and even that isn't full. it's sad, really.

Sharon Catherine Brown as Pythio in Head Over Heels!
 Sep 2 2018, 11:04:55 PM
I'm so so glad you posted this! I'm a fan of the show, and of Sharon's, and I went to the performance yesterday specifically because I heard she would be on for Pythio. I too was completely blown away. This woman deserves all the recognition in the world!

One significant thing, perhaps - Vivian is no "high-class escort;" she's a streetwalker. And on top of that, a streetwalker who is always perky, an expert on cars, a mistress of hand-to-hand combat, and able to inject scruples and integrity into a man devoid of both.

I mean it's an iconic moment in the movie. and also the start of her transformation where she actually starts to feel different for the first time, as well as when he starts to realize he

Ever have someone be rude at a stage door?
 Aug 8 2018, 06:35:13 AM

I've seen a few people posting positive experiences to combat the negativity, and while I know that wasn't the initial point of the post, I'm going to throw one out there too.

Andy Karl has always been nothing but kind, gracious, and humble at stage door, especially after Groundhog Day when he was still recovering from his injury. He'd sign after every single performance, which until then I had rarely seen any lead do, especially one recovering from an injury AND doing

I mean I'm not sure how far you have to go to get to the bus/train station but I always say later is safer just in case.

Pretty Woman run time question
 Aug 5 2018, 09:34:45 PM
I'd say closer to 5:25. Stage door will be done by 6 assuming no special guests are there that the cast has to go hang out with. Then it could go longer. But they usually come out pretty quickly

TodayTix prices are already deeply discounted. I don't think you're getting better than that.
