rehearsals & strike

I'm assuming they can't rehearse without stage hands, so I was wondering what would happen if the strike went on for a few weeks - when they finally do open up again, will the shows need to have a few rehearsals maybe to practice and get things back together? Can a show just start right back up again?

i am really hoping they might be able to clear this up this week quickly like the last strike. I would hate to see Broadway and NYC suffer economically because of this, and not to mention I have front-row seats to Wicked on 11/17.
