I'm very bummed about no J.J. I saw him twice and Cody once in Denver and they were both really great. I would have loved to see J.J. when I got in March...

I'm so glad they glammed up Ariel's wedding dress. On Opening night in Denver, she had this great little dress with the teal accents and everything, but it was really short and not that glam. They got rid of that dress and kept her in the dress for the contest, but I figured it was only until they fixed the wedding dress. Looks like I was right! That dress is fabulous and it's good to see how AWESOME everthing looked.

I think that's a common issue with most recordings. The live version is always more powerful, because they are in the moment, with the full costume and makeup. It's harder to get into character when you're only singing the songs with limited dialogue. Asking them to be as good as they are live can be a little difficult. It's why dress rehearals aren't as good as the actual performance. When you have an audience, it makes a world of a difference.

I was actually really happy that Ariel changes back in the end. I know that was one of the really depressing things in Denver was that she stayed human. And I know that never changed. I saw it 3 times while it was in Denver.

Can someone who recorded that get me the part where Sierra talks about the girl she met in Denver? That's me, and I'd really like to have a copy of it.
