I saw Ben Sunday night and was pleasantly surprised.
His portrayal is so completely different from Gad's that when my father asked me if he was better I could not answer. I am not sure whether or not I am pleased with how they made his character, but I AM pleased with how he did it.
Ben's Elder Cunningham is portrayed as basically an autistic boy. I don't know if I am the only other one who saw that, but his ticks and weird walk make it seem that way. This being said, he was incredible i

My father got my boyfriend and I tickets to this for Christmas and we are seeing it next Saturday.
My boyfriend is incredibly nervous, for he has intense stage fright. He is convinced that he is going to have a massive panic attack because one of the cast members is going to be out of his element. He is also in no way a theater person at all.
Could someone put us at ease here? I'd really like to go off on my own that night without worrying about him!

E.Davis, I agree.
These changes should improve the quality of the show greatly, but I just love Grandma Addam's character! I sure hope she gets more room to grow.

Am I having a Spring Awakening fan forum flashback?
I know this is a little OT, but I miss those Spring Awakening days!
My copy is currently sitting on my bookshelf, I believe I got it for $35.
To any SA fans, I suggest you look on ebay. I couldn't find this book, but theres a lot of other memorabilia for sale. Some stuff thats selling for a crazy amount!

Last year when I bought my Adams Family tickets it took them six months to mail them. It was rediculous!

Hunter Parrish as Jesus? Am I the only one who cringes at the idea of this? He was fairly mediocre in Spring Awakening; I can't see him in this role at all!

I took my boyfrind to see it (who is not a theater person at all and has seen all of two shows... including this one) and he absolutly LOVED it! I on the other hand thought it was about a 7. Some scenes were fabulous, but overall it was fairly boring.
