Hmmm. Two hundred dollars is pretty enticing, but my question would be if anyone has actually sold their copy for that much? I think I like the book too much to sell it though.
And who are the crazy fu*ks selling it new for a thousand dollars!?! I'll come to someone's house and reenact the entire show for a thousand dollars.
You could also contact the drama bookstore in NYC to see if they might still have any.
If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it?
These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.
They didn't last time I went. The book went out of print while we were still on tour. We sold out of our copies before I was able to buy one. Sad I didn't buy one sooner.
Wow... my copy has never been opened, except for the front cover which has the full original and closing cast's signatures along with Duncan Sheik's. Mine must easily be worth $5,000, hahaha.
Am I having a Spring Awakening fan forum flashback? I know this is a little OT, but I miss those Spring Awakening days!
My copy is currently sitting on my bookshelf, I believe I got it for $35.
To any SA fans, I suggest you look on ebay. I couldn't find this book, but theres a lot of other memorabilia for sale. Some stuff thats selling for a crazy amount!
Jealous? I ain't jealous. I can take on these fellas whateva.
I really want to add this book to my collection. But WOW this book is expensive to get as of right now. I was lucky enough to win a bid on the Lion King book on ebay for like $40 & looked on amazon and the prices were $200+.. the book isn't even that good. I can't imagine paying 400+ for the Spring Awakening book.. but I do want it.
I won the book on ebay last year. There was no competition. It was the book in great condition and a playbill (2nd cast). ONLY $40 dollars. I was very lucky. The book is too small for $200+
