Tony Snubs May 2

Not exactly, but I was rooting for her! I saw her in Spring Awakening in Costa Mesa, Carrie and Mamma Mia. She is so talented and sweet. So excited she originated a role on Broadway I wish her the best.
I didn't enjoy Dear Evan Hansen, Comet and Falsettos so it feels like I got no skin in the game. There's no underdog or any dogs for that matter. :)
But super excited for the shows I have planed for my trip in June!

I am so butt-hurt by this whole Christy Altomare thing. I also just realized she spells her name Christ but with a "y". I was so excited I got great Tony tickets. I hope she at least preforms!

Hello!
I am traveling to the City in June and I am seeing Anastasia, Sweeney Todd, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Hello Dolly. I have room for 2-3 more shows.
How would you rank these four shows by order of recommendation? I am between War Paint, Sunset Blvd., Come From Away or Significant Others.
Thank you for your suggestions. I really appropriate your help :)

What Got You Interested in Theatre? Dec 7

Took Theater in College because I thought it would be easy. We were required to see 3 shows. Thought I would hit two birds with one stone and I took a friend to see Wicked on her Birthday. The opening scene with the monkeys scared me. I thought the monkeys were going to come down into the audience so I grabbed my friend. All in all theater incorporated my favorite part about concerts which was the music and the staging. Wicked was a gateway drug to RENT which was a gateway drug to Spring Awak

I could not find a trend about this show. Has anyone here seen it yet? Thoughts?
Trying to see if its worth squeezing this in to my itinerary at $125.00, or if I am better off with Spamilton or Then She Fell. Thank you!

"COMPLETELY agree. And such a long overdue nomination for Krysta, in my opinion. I don't think they can ignore what a force she is as Ilse. Also, not to throw Lauren Pritchard under the bus, but Ilse finally has meat on her bones and a heart. I mean, I always loved the idea of her, but felt she was never brought into fruition as she could have been in the OBC. That being said, all the more reason for the nomination. She breathes a totally new life into this character, and amen.&q

Having seen Deaf West's Spring Awakening in LA this summer, you guys are totally underestimating it. Krysta Rodriguez is going to take best Supporting Actress in a Musical. New York does not know what it's are in for once this show opens next month. This is the most beautiful production I have every seen and I see everything.
