Since everyone is already predicting Hamilton for Best Musical, I wanted to hear who will win all of the other big awards in a year (or if you can't predict the future, your best guess) Clearly it won't be too accurate since I'm sure many more shows will announce runs later on, but it'll be fun to look back on later and see how wrong we were!
I'm looking forward to the Best Actress in a musical race. Lea Salonga, Phillipa Soo, Whoever is in Dames at Sea, Cynthia Erivo, whoever is in Tuck Everlasting, Laura Benanti, and of course Audra. I personally would love to see Lea win it.
Hamilton's going to split the vote. The kid from Falsettos will completely choke during "I'm a Jew or Whatever" and the Tonyses committee will retroactively give Sydney Lucas a Tony. Jane Lynch, the star of CBS's single camera breakout comedy hit Angel from Hell will KILL in her opening number. A special preview of the upcoming Cats revival backed by the kids from School of Rock will take up 18 minutes of airtime which will necessitate the skipping of best musical revival award.

Don't forget Samantha Barks and Jessie Mueller (if their respective shows end up coming in next season).
I don't know if Tuck Everlasting is going to get much. Something tells me it may not do too great. But, like the title says, this is way too early to be making real predictions.
and now....my even more premature list of nominations. There's lots of blank spaces as you'll notice but this is what I was able to stir up based on the limited amount of casting that's been announced for this upcoming season.
Personally, I thought Hamilton was overrated. I saw an early preview, so things may have changed. Will be seeing it again in a few weeks to see the changes made.

Side note: If Terrence Mann wins for Tuck Everlasting (which I would be very pleased with), Casey Nicholaw will have had the Best Featured Actor in a Musical category on lock for the past three years (Iglehart, Borle, and hopefully Mann).

I know it's not consecutive, but 2011- Rory O' Malley for Book of Mormon too!
