The Envelope is reporting that the situation with the Drama Desk organization has gone from bad to worse.
The awards in May were a mess and now it seems that the board is bullying the membership to accept new bylaws that will keep them in power indefinitely.

Just finished reading this investigation into the behind the scenes goings on at the Drama Desk.
This article raises serious questions about the validity of these awards, including whether nomination committee chair Barbara Siegel and president William Wolf are even eligible to be members of the Drama Desk!
An absolute must read.
