Hamilton Chicago Cancellation Line / Tickets

Has anyone had any experience with the cancellation line/tickets at Hamilton at the PrivateBank theatre in Chicago? It says on their site they start offering cancellation tickets 2 hours prior to show. Anyone know how long before hand people start waiting? I know in New York people are waiting for like 5 hours nowadays, so i figure it shouldn't be too bad in Chi. I'm hoping to go tonight or tomorrow matinee, and considering it's a pretty cold weekend I don't think too man
