Exactly!!
But Reagle's audience is largely subscription senior citizens. It plays at Waltham High School and Reagle knows the WPD. As far as the cast member whom he assaulted, they''ll throw her under the bus until she sues them (which she should, since I bet she's one of the actors who work free) They NEED Wopat to fill those seats.
Maybe I should hold back- I don't know the producers are. I could be wrong. I have fri

I LOVE that film. The guy who had to have the penis reduction... Corky quitting...
the one thing that bothered me was the orchestra. It was too good and too big. Wouldn't have happened. Aside from this "seaside" town in Missouri where there wouldn't be enough musicians AVAILABLE, but the hatred the music director clearly felt for Corky means that he may have written the score but to orchestrate fir 18 instruments? Naw.

Song for a mentor
The "feel" of the song is more important than the title and I only saw a few worth mentioning. I'm assuming this is acting or singing related so it's my opinion that the greatest tribute you can give is "Lesson # 8" from Sunday In The Park With George." It's the very moment when Act II George reaches fruition and though it's not made clear if he's singing to his great grandfather or to Marie, he's by himself, listing alternately all he's learned and all his fears about moving on by himself. (His assistant Jeff Greenberg went back to NASA, "The stress here is killing me"
?format=auto&width=600 and perhaps worse, his grandmother, Marie was to accompany him but died.
George is alone. The last line, "George Would Have Liked To see people out strolling on Sunday." It all transfers beautifully to a tribute to a close mentor and if he/she is as gifted as I suspect then every nuance will be clear. The song's a bitch, but that too is a tribute.
I once had a student thank me in front of an audience of 800 with "To Sir With Love" and I felt like a humiliated pedophile. Don't be that blatant. Your performance will be 50% of the tribute.
Good luck.
