Wow! I had to come back and say that Telecharge is awesome! I sent them a short email complaining about the situation and saying that I would never use them again. They called me almost immediately and are exchanging the seats for me! Obviously this is an exception since I had not used them before. I am so excited to be seeing Phantom again (I've seen it 5 times, but it will be DH's first) and with great seats!!! Thanks telecharge!

First off, I just discovered this site - so great to chat with others about Broadway! I just used telecharge for the first time and feel completely taken advantage of. I ordered tickets for Phantom of the Opera and went with what they presented as the "Best Seats Available." Call me foolish, but the 2 minute time clock pressured me into feeling I should take advantage. Now, upon further research, these are not the best seats (Right Orchestra Row B, Seats 12-14).
