I actually really like this ticket sale system. Yes, it is stressful, but it keeps people from buying excessive amounts of tickets for resale. I was successful in using it for Hamilton.

Your best shot to "guarantee" a ticket for Sunday is to get there by midnight. Anything after that is a gamble.

I waited in the cancellation line yesterday (Sunday 10/15) and was successful. I thought I would post to let you know how it went. I arrived at 12:30 am to ensure that I would be very close to the front of the line.
