I actually really like this ticket sale system. Yes, it is stressful, but it keeps people from buying excessive amounts of tickets for resale. I was successful in using it for Hamilton.
I waited in the cancellation line yesterday (Sunday 10/15) and was successful. I thought I would post to let you know how it went. I arrived at 12:30 am to ensure that I would be very close to the front of the line. When I arrived, there was only one person there-- a paid linesitter who had arrived at 10 pm on Saturday night and was being paid to be there. We waited throughout the night. I brought a chair but know that you can't bring lawnchairs into the theater so you need to have a plan
