Once on an event page, towards the top right of the screen you should see a plus and minus sign. If you click the plus sign a few times, it'll zoom in on the seating chart and you will be able to see all available seats and pick the ones you want.

Haha everyone is indeed a Ticketmaster Customer...which is strange why they host their own presales for some events. Anyway, they usually email the password...but that didn't happen this time around.

Thanks for responding! The American Express presale finished on Monday...this is a new presale strictly for Ticketmaster Customers that started this morning...however, no information seems to be available.
