I've never been to this theater before. I have tried about 4 different email addresses, the same thing happens

Hi all. So I booked flights to NY today, and hoping to catch this show I went to the official website and when I check out, it says 'The account being created already exists'I don't recall ever setting up an account, but I go to 'forgot my password' and it says the username and email do not match. I have tried now with various different email addresses...no luck.When I try calling the box office, it is toll free and from the UK, this is not an option. The line will not connect.Does anyone by ...
