Incredibly frustrating

Hi all. So I booked flights to NY today, and hoping to catch this show I went to the official website and when I check out, it says 'The account being created already exists'

I don't recall ever setting up an account, but I go to 'forgot my password' and it says the username and email do not match. I have tried now with various different email addresses...no luck.

When I try calling the box office, it is toll free and from the UK, this is not an option. The line will not connect.

Does anyone by any chance know an email or different telephone number for this theater so I can call them and book a ticket??

I'm sure it is frustrating.  Have you attended the Hudson Theater since it reopened? If so, that's likely when you made the account.  

 

Do you have a different email you could try?  Even if you create a free one just for this purpose?


If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it? These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.

I've never been to this theater before. I have tried about 4 different email addresses, the same thing happens Incredibly frustrating

The OP said the only number they had was an 800 number which doesn't work from overseas.


If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it? These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.

Just an FYI, you can purchase tickets online, no matter where in the world you are. Good luck with everything.

This is "A" Plaza Suite thread, but a new one you started.  It's not easy to realize that just from you tagging it as such.

Incredibly frustrating

You don't have to create an account to check out. On the screen where you can either log in or create account, hit "Create Account," and it takes you to "Guest Checkout." Fill in the top part, then leave everything under "Create Account" empty, and hit "Continue." You'll be able to finish from there. The website makes it seem like creating a password is a required field, but it's not.

or just create a new account  / use a different email maybe? I say this because I’ve done it.
