There are many exceptions— like Ben Platt, Lin Manuel, whomever is Christine in Phantom or Frankie Vallie in Jersey Boys. I guess im asking if there were announcements to her using an alternate.

Once/Island..Lea Salonga’s performance schedule

Has anyone seen announcements regarding LS’s performance schedule or know if it is customary for principle performers to work the matinee after opening night? The only day I would be able to see the show is Dec 6..which there is only a matinee. Opening night is Dec 5 so Im not sure if the leads will be performing. Thanks.
