Dragonheart musical confirmed
After many years of petitioning for a remake by screenwriter Patrick Read Johnson, his original vision is restored for the stage correcting mistakes done by producer Raffaella De Laurentiis and director Rob Cohen. The musical drama will follow Johnson and Charles Edward Pogue's story treatment that was novelized as the tie-in to the original movie and will feature original themes by Randy Edelman and new songs written by Alan Menken and Glenn Slater.
